August Avery-isms:
Splashing in the water - fun; doing the same motion while eating green beans - fun for Avery, super messy for Mommy! Avery has discovered the joys of smacking your hand against different surfaces = ) Beth & Avery both got an outfit change after today's veggies.
Gigglefest August - this month the thing that makes Avery giggle most is Mommy & Daddy acting like they are falling on top of her and then stopping right before we collide. Avery used to startle so easily so it really surprises me that she LOVES this game!
In a room full of toys Avery still has the ability to zero in on the cell phone or remote control in the room. Apparently there is nothing more desirable to put in your mouth than:
1. Remote control
2. Cell phone
3. Cord to computer
We're in trouble since obviously none of these are allowed in Av's mouth
Favorite toy this month - anything she can chew on since Avery is well into teething. Who knew the free teething binky from the hospital would be so cherished! Avery especially likes to knock down her building blocks and then chew on them individually. According to Grammy the blue circle is her favorite.
Last month Av's favorite pasttime was blowing very messy wet raspberries...this month she enjoy sucking, clicking, and sticking out her tongue. Its definitely all about finding new things you can do with your tongue this month!
