Leggo My Eggo

Confession - I regress back to my college eating habits when pregnant...breakfast for every meal.  And yes, Eggo waffles may make an appearance the occasional morning = )  But now I have a little toddler that always steals my Eggo!

She may look innocent, but that waffle was just on MY plate!

Avery's 15 Month Checkup...

We just made it to the Dr. today for Avery's 15 Month appt.  Yes...she is well over 16 months old now, haha.  Better late than never - I was out of town most of April and that is my scheduling excuse = )

So here are the new stats!!

Height:  32 inches - 78th percentile

Weight:  23.6 pounds - 51st percentile

Healthy, Happy Toddler!

I Wear My Sunglasses At Night!

Avery loves Sunglasses!

And she calls them 'Eyes'

At least she knows where they go ; )

She only gets to play with Daddy's cheap pair b/c anyone aware of my sunglasses obsession knows that NO ONE touches my sunglasses ; )  One day Avery will inherit quite the collection of 'eyes'.

Grampa Came To Town!

We had a fabulous surprise visit from Grampa Steve this past weekend!  

Avery was definitely excited to see this familiar face!

And on top of getting to see Grampa Steve (super tan after a week in Mexico just sitting by a pool) - his first question was...any chance you guys want to get out of the house on Saturday night so I can hang out with the little girl.  Answer - YES!  Travis and I got to go see a movie...together...at night!  That never happens ; )

Baby Belly - 17 Weeks

By this week the babies are capable of swallowing, blinking, and sucking.  They are very active, yes I'm talking about you - twin sitting on my bladder = )  Their little ears are starting to pop out and their necks are getting longer.  We are almost half way there!  And less than two weeks until we find out the genders!!

We had a great midwife visit Saturday and got to hear both heartbeats!

Siera Day Care!

Our nanny, Ginna, had jury duty this week so Avery spent the week at my friend Siera's house.  I like to call it Siera Day Care.  She already watches Jace every week (far left) and has her two kiddos Jayden & Cassidy.  Avery had an amazing week with these three!  I had one exhausted toddler every afternoon when I would go to pick her up = )

Siera is a life saver!!
